As a member of the Hospitalist Now Team, our physicians are encouraged, mentored and trained to be an integral part of the patient care continuum. Our team members are expected to focus on patient care, lead the Hospital’s process improvement, mentor the Hospital and Medical Staffs on proper documentation, and partner with Hospital Administration in all aspects of patient care.

Our Hospitalists are trained on DRGs, CPTs, medical coding and appropriate documentation so they can understand the ‘business’ of healthcare.

Hospitalists Now provides each team member with a pathway to become a Medical Director and Leader in hospital care.
